Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website ("Site") or using any Infinium Air, Inc. ("Infinium Air," "we") services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Estimates & Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided through this Site or in person are non-binding until both parties have signed a formal written contract. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing is based on actual site conditions, equipment selected, and any conditions discovered during pre-installation inspection.

3. Service Area

Infinium Air services Contra Costa County and Alameda County, California. Service to other areas is at our discretion and may include additional charges.

4. Installation & Workmanship

Workmanship warranty terms are specified in each signed project contract. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer and registered in the customer's name upon installation. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of required maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than Infinium Air.

5. Permits & Code Compliance

HVAC system installations and replacements in California generally require building permits and, where applicable, HERS verification testing under Title 24. When permits are required, Infinium Air obtains them as part of the project scope, and all work is performed in compliance with current California codes and applicable local requirements.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the signed project contract. California law limits down payments on home improvement contracts to 10% of the contract price or $1,000, whichever is less.

7. Cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel a home improvement contract within three (3) business days of signing per California law. Cancellations after this period are subject to recovery of equipment ordered and labor performed.

8. Website Content

All content on this Site — text, images, logo, designs — is the property of Infinium Air, Inc. and is protected by copyright. Use without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Infinium Air's liability under any contract is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, except as required by California law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms or any project contract shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
